Located along Carroll Creek, near the red suspension bridge by the C. Burr Artz Library
This sculpture has a small ledge built into it, so that the viewer can take a few moments to sit, contemplate, and look at the water.

Downtown Frederick is a bustling urban area that comes with a whole heap of natural beauty. Carroll Creek flows through the thriving downtown, under streets and bridges, inviting both people and wildlife to take notice and enjoy. Take a walk along the water’s edge and you’ll see dragonflies, fish, and lilypads. Nestled alongside the creek, these elements are reflected in Frederick’s sculpture—aquatic beauty and the life that surrounds it.
